With a background in organizational psychology and experience as a Fortune 100 leader, founder, investor, and board member, Anjani understands the human and strategic complexities leaders face across the full business lifecycle—from inception and growth to scale, transition, and renewal. She blends rigorous business and organizational development with the deep human work of relationships and patterns, helping leaders see both their strengths and the ways they unintentionally get in their own way. Her approach draws on psychology, neuroscience, and decades of experience inside marquee global and high-growth companies.

Anjani has over 20 years of experience as an operator, consultant, and coach. Her clients include global organizations such as Slack, Abercrombie & Fitch, Paylocity, HealthEquity, Xerox, Best Buy, Biogen, AMD, and UPS; high-growth companies including Radiology Partners, Innovacer, Flywheel, Mizzen & Main and others; numerous founder led startups across various growth stages and investment firms across private equity, venture, and investment banks. She also collaborates with multi-generation family businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. She has held senior leadership roles at Motorola, Pepsi, and Lenovo, served as Chief HR Officer for Topco, and was Chief Talent and Organization Development Officer for Abundant Venture Partners. She remains an active investor and board member.
